“I wish I could soothe my mental fatigue from daily life.” There is a course which makes such a wish come true! The course starts from a relaxing walk in a forest while observing beautiful terraced rice fields. After indulging in nature, participators can get relaxed having lunch. Then, pack the air and sent which you felt during a forest bath into an aromatic spray to get relaxed even after going home. The trip idea is introduced here.

[2] The guide is a specialist of terraced rice fields. He teaches many things from the history to structure of terraced rice fields during a walk.
[3] “This bamboo’s circumference is square not round”, says the guide. It’s really square! Why!?
[4] The sunlight from between trees, that’s the very Komorebi (sunshine through leaves). The guide’s smile makes me more relaxed!
[5] The view spreads when I look up. I realize fresh air course through my entire body.
[6] After moving my body with a walk, let’s have a local mom’s home-made “Hokkori Boxed Meal”!
[7] Healthy rice with cereals and 13 varieties of side meals are stuffed up. It’s colorful and perfect volume and deliciousness!
[8] After lunch, with a relaxing feeling, I try my hand at making an aromatic spray. Firstly, taking apart cypress leaves found during a walk ...
[9] The leaves are put into a still to make distilled water. It’s the fundamental item for aromatic spray making.
[10] Three aromatic oils selected out of nine are blended. The instructor provides careful counseling from aroma characteristic to healing effect.
[11] After aromatic oil is added in a small amount of alcohol, distilled water is poured making the color like this. Depending on the selected oil, the color turns into white sometime!
[12] The personal healing aroma, an original aromatic spray is completed! Let’s get healed even after going home!!
