Tobiume, located deep in Ogori, occupies a building built as a sake brewery in 1923 which is listed as a National Registered Building. The quiet atmosphere and 6 meter high ceiling offers guests a special, out of the ordinary experience dining on seasonal Kaiseki cuisine accompanied by jazz music. Diners using the Tatami room can enjoy relaxing to the seasonal beauty of a Japanese garden. They also offer a Soba making workshop perfect for beginners and children, allowing you to take home Soba noodles you made yourself as a souvenir to remember your trip.
