The Fukuoka Asian Art Museum operates primarily to advocate the exchange, research, collection, and exhibition of as well as education about primarily Asian art. A variety of events take place at the museum throughout the year, and it is widely utilized as a place for Asian art exchange and the deepening of citizens’ understanding of art and culture through experience.
