Try freshly picked peaches at the only peach picking in the prefecture

桃狩り（フルーツ王国うきは）

There are few places where you can experience peach picking since peaches are easily damaged with the slightest impact. Meika-en farm is the only place in Fukuoka Prefecture where you can do peach picking. When they are in season, approaching the farm, you will be able to smell the sweet peaches. The first condition for sweet peaches is that there is fuzz all over the surface. Choose the ones that are fuzzy rather than smooth and have a strong fragrance and good coloring.
The season for peach picking is quite limited so please check before coming.
