湧水と伝統の技が生みだすうきは麺

Ukiha City, known as one of the best places in Kyushu for noodles, is a place where the Minou Mountain Range towers to the south, and Kyushu’s largest river, the ’Chikugo River’, runs to the north.
These noodles are carefully made one-by-one, utilizing delicious Kiyomizu Yuusui water (a type of water selected as one of the 100 best in Japan) and a traditional recipe passed down from ancient times. We urge you to savor them to your heart’s content.
Every year in May, a ’Soumen-Matsuri’ is also held.
