Attention to the tableware
All the dishes used at Sansei are traditional Arita-yaki porcelain down to the smallest detail.
Arita-yaki is a porcelain with a 400-year history that is fired mainly in the town of Arita in Saga Prefecture.
We visit young artists and designers in Arita, and work together with the kiln makers through many detailed discussions. Since all the dishes are handmade, the history of Arita and the thoughts of the potter are embedded in each one of them. The dishes are pleasing to the eye and play an important role in enhancing the food.
