Fish at Oharumi is mainly purchased directly from fishermen in Itoshima twice a week, and Chef Katayama goes to Nagahama Market every morning to buy fish. We try to have a wide variety of delicious seasonal fish, and we purchase the freshest and liveliest fresh fish. Please enjoy the rich variety of fish from the Genkai Sea and the delicious taste of fish directly from the place of production.
