Onsen Facilities by Theme | Refresh with Hot Springs & Saunas

Sauna culture is booming—especially among travelers who want to pair it with a relaxing soak in the hot springs. From low-temperature, high-humidity mist saunas to far-infrared types and löyly saunas that raise the perceived temperature with bursts of steam, there are many styles to choose from.
Some facilities even host authentic sauna events led by professional neppashi (sauna masters). Find the style that suits you best, and treat yourself to a deeply refreshing moment where both body and mind feel fully reset.

The facility’s signature hot spring features a cloudy, mineral-rich bath water known for its high content of metasilicic acid, a naturally occurring moisturizing component. It helps support skin renewal and is expected to leave your skin smooth, supple, and deeply hydrated.
The large public bath also includes a breathtaking open-air bath overlooking majestic mountains, offering an especially liberating soaking experience. With saunas and cold plunge baths available as well, guests can enjoy outdoor relaxation surrounded by nature and fully refresh both body and mind. Private baths, an easy-to-use foot bath, and dining options are also available on-site.
