Kubote Takasho Bokusen no Sato

くぼて鷹勝 卜仙の郷

Renewed and grand-opened in 2017, Kubote Takasho Bokusen no Sato sits at the foot of sacred Mt. Kubote.
Its appeal lies in the gentle alkaline simple onsen, known for its soft feel on the skin.
You can enjoy a leisurely soak in the spacious large public bath or the open-air bath with views of Mt. Kubote.
Both the men’s and women’s baths are equipped with saunas and large cold baths.
The facility also offers private reservable baths, a dining area, and a café, making it suitable for both day-use visits and overnight stays.
There are just nine guest rooms in total, including simple Japanese-style rooms, rooms with beds and private onsen baths, and a detached pet-friendly accommodation.
The pet-friendly room Shakunage features two bedrooms, two sofa beds, and a spacious living area of about 17 tatami mats.
Accommodating up to six guests, it welcomes small animals, cats, and large dogs, with up to three pets allowed.
