水田天満宮千燈明花火大祭

Fire festival with 1,000 lights that beautifully illuminate the tower

This midsummer night fire festival is said to have a history of about 700 years. 1,000 scallop shell oil lamps, made by pouring rapeseed oil into scallop shells and adding wicks, will form tower gates, torii gates, sunrise, sailing boats, etc., to pray for good harvest and family safety.
A fireworks display is also held from 8:00 p.m.
