At this shop, you can taste Hakata Hanamidori (chicken) mizutaki (cooking in soup) and other specialties. Cooked daily for six hours in a secret soup, the mizutaki is excellent, with a balanced flavor and plenty of umami. Besides single items, a variety of courses are also available, so please enjoy with shochu or sake mainly from Kyushu. The venue has a relaxed Japanese aesthetic, and is perfect for for banquets or entertaining guests, complete with a tatami room for up to 20 people.
