At “Hakata Nogaumi,” which is particular about freshness, the chef and his staff go to the fishing port to buy fish directly from fishermen. A fish tank is set up in the restaurant, and fish swimming in the tank are processed by the chefs upon order.

In addition to the famous “Yariki Ikizukuri” (squid sashimi) directly from Yobuko and “Robata Yaki” (grilled food cooked on the grill using bincho charcoal to slowly concentrate the flavor), please enjoy Hakata specialties such as Hakata Motsunabe and Mentaiko (cod roe).

Private rooms are available from 2 persons to a maximum of 120 persons. Please use our private rooms for your drinking parties in Hakata.
