Yakitori Gonbei: The birthplace of the famous “Fukuoka Torikawa Skewers”

Founded in 1968 at Yuizentei (Jōnan Ward, Fukuoka City). At the time, it had no name and was called “Nameless Gonbee,” which later became the current name “Gonbee.” “Torikawa,” made using only chicken neck skin, is being passed down from Fukuoka to various regions. Please try “Gonbee's Torikawa,” which is roasted multiple times over three days to remove oil and then marinated in sauce.
