Yakitori Gonbei: The birthplace of the famous “Fukuoka Torikawa Skewers”

Yakitori Gonbei was founded in 1968.
The famous torikawa skewers are made using only rare neck skin, which can only be obtained from two chickens per skewer. The excess fat is removed over three days, and the sauce is slowly absorbed into the skewers, resulting in a crispy exterior and juicy interior.
We also offer a wide variety of other skewers prepared in-house and à la carte dishes.
