Yoakechaya

夜明茶屋

I'll have the Ariake Sea.

The fishmonger's dedication to quality and freshness. Enjoy the bounty of the Ariake Sea prepared using the optimal cooking methods.

Yoake Chaya is a casual dining spot where you can enjoy a variety of fish dishes made from the bounty of the Ariake Sea. With a variety of set meals available, Yoake Chaya is the only place where you can enjoy rare fish unique to the Ariake Sea, such as Mutsugoro (Mudskipper) and Warasubo (Eel goby) sashimi.
The deliciousness of fish, such as kutuzoko (Tonguefish), lies not only in its freshness but also in the simple, traditional cooking methods we use as a fish shop. Driven by the desire to share the beauty and flavors of the Ariake Sea with as many people as possible, we welcome a wide range of customers, from local residents to international tourists.
