Kami no Ushimabushi

Made with the finest Saga beef from female cattle and Japanese Black beef from female cattle, carefully selected by our flagship store, “Senri-an,” located in Kanzaki, Saga. We meticulously select only “female cattle,” which are highly prized for their rarity. With an exquisitely beautiful balance of fat and lean meat, this is a truly exceptional dish that remains light and refreshing until the very last bite.
This “gyu-mabushi” features carefully selected meat, drizzled with our original “mabushi sauce,” to bring out its delicate umami flavor.
