Terraced fields reach the sky in Kojio

小椎尾の天まで届く段々畑

At the small settlement of Kojio, tributary of the Chikugo River located at the deepest source of Hirokawa, terraced fields spread out, seeming to reach the sky. The cultivation of tea leaves utilizing the difference of cold weather is prosperous and scenery of idyllic terraces spreads out in the valley of the mountain.
