Ryuo Gorge

竜王峡キャンプ村

Located in the northern part of Mt.Fukuchi, the Ryuo Waterfalls flowing from 3 levels is a magnificent sight! There are summer resorts surrounded by cedar groves. During summer, the area comes to life as families come to enjoy the scenery. Inside the neighbouring Kitakyushu National Park is Ryuo Gorge Camp Village which is open only for the summer season. There are 11 bungalows, 9 azumaya (gazebos) and rest areas in addition to accommodations!

The area is barrier free; handicapped toilets; guide dogs permitted.
