<Activities>
■Livestock activities
Visitors will have the opportunity to experience butchering and plucking a chicken before cooking and eating it. This precious experience allows you to better understand the act of “eat thankfully” which is not often possible in a city.
■Other activities
A variety of activities are available, such as farming (e.g. rice planting), firefly watching, and cooking country-style dishes and pizza, depending on the host household.
<Stay>
The main Isonosawa building once served as a place for sake brewery workers to stay while tending to the malted rice. To this day, the building still contains the breath of the brewery workers from that time.
<Cuisine>
Guests can enjoy special dishes made using local produce and ingredients from Ukiha. These dishes are prepared by Ukiha chefs who are well-versed in the unique properties of the region’s ingredients.
