After learning about the soy sauce production process, you’ll tour the brewery to see how it’s made up close. Then, you’ll have the chance to create your own mini bottle of soy sauce, which you can take home to ferment. Once it’s fully matured, you can press it yourself to complete your very own soy sauce.
