Michi no Eki Munakata Roadside Station is located near Genkai National Park, Satsuki Matsubara which has been selected as one of the ”Top 100 Most Beautiful Stretches of White Sand and Green Pines”.It has a panoramic view of the Genkai Sea that can be observed from Michi no Eki Munakata Roadside Station.
This wooden building builds up visitor emotions with the relaxing atmosphere. With the slogan of being a relaxing facility, it provides not only fresh foods from Munakata, but also sightseeing information. Many people from far away visit here for fresh vegetables and fish.
An original lunch is sold on weekends and national holidays. Don’t miss the four types of lunches filled with seafood and wild vegetables from Munakata!

Access	By car - About 30 minute drive from Koga OR Wakamiya Interchange off Kyushu Expressway By train and bus - Take a Nishitetsu bus bound for Konominato Hatoba from JR Togo Station on the Kagoshima Main Line and get off at Ijiri stop; a 10 minute walk from there.
