Shiki Kamaboko Honten is a long-established Kamaboko (steamed fish paste) store which was founded in Okawa City in Edo Era (1603 – 1868). The carefully selected fresh fishes are cleaned with a knife one by one, and the traditional flavor has been protected. The quality is so high as to receive a prize at the national fair. The Shiki-no-Kamaboko (pictured above) with natural flavor of fresh seafood is perfect for gifts.
