The River Flow is a black tea specialty store which was moved from the neighbor old folk house and opened in December, 2010. ”Since the opening, I have wanted to make the interior in the Taisho style like now”, says the owner. Yanagawa’s tranquil view can be observed from the windows. Have the aromatic tea along with a hand-made sweet!（Seating Capacity: 41 seats）
