The 30th Toyomae City Crow Tengu Festival

Very popular with children! A regular event full of attractions, including a visit by Toyomae City's yuru-characters!

The "Karasu Tengu Festival" is a major autumn event in Toyomae City. The festival is named after the legend of the "crow tengu," a type of mountain ascetic who lived on Mount Kubotensan, a mountain for ascetic practices in Toyozen City.
In addition to the sale of Toyomae's specialties and products from the city's merchants, there will be a large collection of kitchen cars and stalls selling yakisoba, takoyaki, cotton candy, and other popular festival items. Dynamic stage events such as Toyomae Kagura and Toyomae Tengu Daiko will be performed at the venue, and a special booth set up by Toyomae's friendship city, Higashimatsushima City in Miyagi Prefecture, is always very popular. Free milk tasting and mini-slide train rides are also available, attracting many parents and children.

In 2022, the event will be held at a shorter time and a different location.
