Spring in Fukuoka welcomes you with flowers and sake!

“Kyushu Sake Brewery Opening 2026” brings together carefully selected breweries producing fine Japanese sake nurtured by the rich climates of Kyushu and across Japan. Visitors can experience the unique charm of each brewery and their sake right in front of Hakata Station.

This year, the event will also collaborate with the Flower Festival – Fukuoka Flower Shop Pre-Event (Mar 20–22), featuring dried-flower sales, workshops, and flower stalls. Enjoy Fukuoka’s spring through “flowers and sake.”

The popular annual original sake cup is a special collaboration design celebrating the 15th anniversary of JR Hakata City and the Kyushu Shinkansen. In conjunction with the “Ultra Heroes EXPO 2026 Spring Festival,” a limited-quantity “Ultra SHUWAN” cup will be sold at the Sumiyoshi Shuhan booth.
