Fukuoka Seafood Fair

Spring 2026

From February 14 to March 15, 2026, the Fukuoka Seafood Fair will be held at 22 restaurants across the prefecture, offering seasonal local fish dishes.
This edition of the fair is timed to coincide with the Hinamatsuri (Girls’ Festival) season. Participating restaurants will serve special menu items such as chirashi sushi made with seasonal locally caught fish, including Fukuoka-sourced wild red sea bream.

To ensure international visitors can also enjoy local seafood, the fair menus will be available in multiple languages.
