Beach Horseback Riding and Yabusame Experience

ビーチ乗馬と流鏑馬体験

Canter gracefully down the breathtaking beaches along the Genkai Sea for a horseback ride that is truly what dreams are made of. The Canadian Camp Riding Club offers a variety of horseback riding courses. In particular, Canadian Camp Kyushu (or Canacan) coordinates horseback rides according to sightseers’ preferred scenery, tide conditions, season and weather. The beach ride along the Genkai Sea, however, is an experience you can’t miss. Beach rides are available all year on Satsuki Matsubara Beach, Konominato Beach, Shiraishi and Katsuurahama Beach, Fukuma Beach and Koi no Ura Beach. The “Seaside Long Trail” is a winter-only (November to March) course stretching six kilometers. You can race through several beaches in one go! Canacan also offers the opportunity to shoot an arrow from horseback, just as samurai did centuries ago in a tradition known as Yabusame.
