Ouzuka Kofun Festival in Keisen 2026

王塚古墳まつりin桂川

Held in conjunction with the autumn special opening of the nationally designated Special Historic Site, Ouzuka Kofun. Enjoy a variety of hands-on activities, including trying on ancient costumes and painting traditional ancient ohajiki game pieces! At “Fureai-ichi,” where local specialties from Keisen Town are sold, visitors can also enjoy a serving of the ancient healthy dish “Yayoi Wild Boar Porridge” (October 18 only). Come experience the fascinating depth of history told by these ancient ruins!
