Laputa Farm

ラピュタファーム

Laputa Farm is a tourist orchard that offers fresh farm produce, rental plots, and learning farms (for children, etc.) in addition to a cafe, restaurant, and barbeque terrace all in a rich natural setting where visitors can savor every season! Take your “pick” of pears, grapes, or plums during the fruit-picking months of July through November!
Pears: Kosui, Hosui, Niitaka, Atago, and Shinsetsu varieties available from early August to early November.
Grapes: Kyoho and Hakata White varieties available from mid-August to early October.
Plums: Available from early July (depending on the weather; subject to change).

Buffet

The monthly changing popular buffet has dishes and desserts made from organic vegetables and fruit locally grown! More than 40 different kinds of vegetables and fruit are used in about 60 dishes. In addition, the mineral dense Kikajima brown sugar as well as preservative-free canola oil are also used. Domestically grown wheat is used in the hand-made bread, pizzas, cakes and baked sweets. The original menu is abundant not only in ingredients, but also in dishes! Why not try the cream pasta or the thinly slice daikon (Japanese radish) in arrabbiata sauce? No? Then give the strawberry sushi a try! The drink and dessert menus with their home-made vinger drink, fresh juice are popular too!
