Open	Always open *The Rainbow Observatory in the park is open daily from 9:00am to 4:30pm when the seasonal flowers are in bloom. It is locked when the flowers are not in bloom.

Access	Take the free community bus (Hana to Shijimi no Sato) from Ita Station and get off at Ropponmatsu (Roadside Station). About 35 minutes from the Yawata IC of the Kyushu Expressway, about 10 minutes from JR Tagawa-Ita Station or Heisei Chikuho Railway Tagawa-Ita Station.
