This cafe located in front of Ongagawa Station offers Taiyaki sweets and lunches.

This shop bakes three types of Taiyaki, a popular Japanese confection, every day. Featuring a subtle sweetness, there is the homemade Tsubu-an bean paste Taiyaki, the rich eggy Custard, and a third type which changes daily according to the whimsy of the owner.
In addition to the Taiyaki, they also offer a meal menu during lunchtime, which lasts until 14:00. On weekends, they are sometimes open until 22:00. The shop is just 30 seconds walk from the station, and can be reached in five minutes by bicycle from the Cycling Road along the Ongagawa River. You can also relax here without worrying about your bicycle because there is a good view of the parking area from inside. There is also a bicycle shop next door which you can visit in an emergency.
