JR Chikuho Line Onga Bridge Pier

筑豊本線遠賀橋橋脚

In 1891, the railroad was constructed by Chikuho Kogyo in order to efficiently transport coals and a steamed locomotive ran for the first time in Nakama City. The brickwork of the foundation to the bridge pier is the innitial construction from back then.
