Sponsored by the Aka village Midori area, farm experiences are held including rice planting and harvesting etc. The Midori region is an excellent production region known for beautiful rice paddies and high quality rice. These experiences are culture-exchange type events held by the citizens of the Midori region. In late May you can experience rice planting, sweet potato planting, vegetable harvesting, and firefly watching. In late September you can experience rice harvesting etc.
