笹山公園

An entire region of Maebaru City is said to have been flourished holding a primeval history called Ito Koku or Ito no Kuni, and in the city, a number of heritages have been excavated, which are exhibited at a historical museum as designated cultural properties. In the park built with concepts of ancient times, history, cultures, nature, and greens, there is an observation tower which you can view the town, mountains and sea from, and many people visit it. The place is renowned for its cherry-blossom trees in Fukuoka Prefecture, where approximately 800 trees outbloom.
