Ichiran-no-Mori Itoshima

一蘭の森糸島

We named our manufacturing site "Ichiran-no Mori Itoshima" (Ichiran's Forest Itoshima), which is located on the Itoshima Peninsula in western Fukuoka Prefecture and covers an area equivalent to two Tokyo Domes (about 92,000㎡). The Itoshima Peninsula is a rich natural environment where one can experience firsthand the water, air, soil, and trees.
Ichiran's natural tonkotsu ramen is produced there, and the "secret sauce" and "soup stock" are delivered to Ichiran restaurants all over the world every day.

At "Ichiran-no-mori", a part of the noodle-making process, which cannot be seen ordinarily, is open to the public, though only for a short time. The restaurant also has a storefront, so you can enjoy natural tonkotsu ramen at Ichiran-no Mori.

Access	When coming from the direction of Fukuoka City Approximately 21 minutes from the Imajuku IC on the Nishi Kyushu Expressway (Fukuoka Maebaru Road) (1)Exit at the Imajuku IC and turn right at the Imajuku-Otsuka traffic light. (2)Follow the road to the signal at Yokohama and turn left. (3)Turn left at the signal of Kyudai Shinmachi. From the direction of Saga or Karatsu Approximately 21 minutes from the Maebaru-Higashi IC on the Nishi Kyushu Expressway (Fukuoka Maebaru Road) (1)Go straight on Imajuku Bypass toward Fukuoka City, and turn left at the signal of Makata. (2)Turn left at the Taku traffic light and follow the road. (3)Turn left at the Kitashinchi No. 2 traffic light and turn right at the Kabura traffic light. (4)Follow Route 506 and turn right at the first traffic light. (5)Turn left at the Baba traffic light and follow Route 507 along the road. (6)You will see it on the left side.
