Kitakyushu Museum of Natural History and Human History

北九州市立自然史・歴史博物館 いのちのたび博物館

Three museums (the Natural History Museum, History Museum and Archaeology Museum) were combined to form the Kitakyushu Museum of Natural History and Human History, which opened in the Fall of 2002. Boasting a roughly 6,100 square meter (about 65,660 square foot) exhibition space, it is one of the largest museums in western Japan!
