Kishi Tourist Rest Area

This rest area is also the waiting room for the city-run ferry, the "Himeshima". Every Thursday and Sunday, the "Himeshima Ferry Farmer's Market" is held and local farmers sell their fresh vegetables. Right next door is Kishi Port, where an oyster hut operates from October to March every year.
