Popular campsite for beginners with excellent facilities close to Fukuoka City

About 40 minutes by car from Fukuoka City, this popular campground offers a rich natural setting. You can enjoy barbecues and campfires in the forest.
Lodges are equipped with toilets and showers, and tent sites are well-equipped and comfortable with good drainage. There is a full range of rental equipment and a store, so even beginners can easily try their hand at camping. There is also an "athletic field" with Tarzan ropes and swings, and a thrilling "grass sledding field" (fee required), so families with children can enjoy themselves all day long.

Admission: Adults (high school students and older): 440 yen, Elementary/junior high school students: 220 yen, Preschool children: free
Garbage disposal fee: 200 yen/pair

Lodging: Basic fee for up to 5 persons: 11,000 yen~/building (accommodation tax 200 yen/person)
Day Camping: Basic fee for up to 5 people: 5,500 yen~/building
Deck tents: 1,100 yen per section, 5 people per section
Permanent tents: 5,500 yen per tent for 10 people in July and August (accommodation tax of 200 yen per person is not included)
Family tents and free tents: 1,100 yen per compartment for overnight and day campers.

Access From Shimo-ori Station on the Nishitetsu Omuta Line, take the Nishitetsu Bus (bound for Tsukinoura Office) to Minami-Yamate Danchi, and walk about 1 hour.
