Hayashi Ryuhei Sake Brewery – New Sake Festival

【林龍平酒造場】蔵開き新酒まつり

Founded about 200 years ago, Hayashi Ryuhei Sake Brewery is the only sake brewery in the Keichiku region.

Established in 1837 along the middle reaches of the Imagawa River, which originates from Mt. Hikosan, this historic brewery offers luxurious freshly brewed sake made with great care and time.

Visitors can enjoy ticket-based tastings of freshly drawn undiluted sake, barrel-aged sake, amazake, and more. Limited-edition sake available only during the event will also be on sale, along with light meals.
